“What does it actually cost us?”
Under full service vending, machines are typically placed at no cost to qualifying sites. You pay for the products, not the hardware. Contact us to check if your site qualifies.
“Who manages the restocking?”
Under full service, our merchandisers restock on a regular schedule. You don’t touch it. Telemetry alerts them before stock runs out.
“What if a machine breaks down?”
Our nationally trained technicians attend faults with guaranteed response times. Remote monitoring often resolves issues before you even notice them.
“How much space does it take?”
Approximately 1m² of floor space per machine, plus 1.5m clearance at the front for restocking access. We assess your space and configure accordingly.
“Is it secure?”
All machines use anti-vandal enclosures and cashless payment systems. No cash stored on-site. Smart card systems can restrict access to authorised staff only.
“What does it use in electricity?”
Less than the average domestic fridge. A+ Energy Rating, LED lighting, and motion sensors keep consumption, and your electricity bill, very low.

Your staff have access to snacks and drinks 24/7. Productivity increases as staff don’t need to leave the premises. Security improves as hawkers are no longer required on site.
Machines are placed on a subsidy rental basis, sites need to be approved by Vending Solutions or a nominated operator. Contact us to find out if your site qualifies.
Product prices vary and are comparable with most convenience stores. We stock all leading brands. Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Nestlé, and can accommodate specific requests.
As machine capital costs are high, a minimum monthly usage needs to be maintained. Requirements vary per machine, chat to one of our consultants for specifics.
Under full service vending, Vending Solutions or an approved operator stocks the machine. Refilling takes place at least twice a month or more often if necessary.
All our machines are fitted with Nayax cashless payment systems that accept credit/debit cards, staff cards, and mobile app payments as standard.
Vending Solutions has fully trained technical staff who attend to all problems promptly. A guaranteed response time is included with our comprehensive service offering.
Consumption is less than the average domestic fridge. Our machines carry an A+ Energy Rating and feature LED lighting and motion sensors to reduce consumption further.
Approximately one square metre of floor space, with a further 1.5 metres from the front of the machine to allow the door to open during the refilling process.
We have an AI support module that can be installed on the machine to assist users with questions about products and vending. A unique QR code also allows fault reporting with immediate response.
