Online consumables orders

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. If an item you have paid for is unavailable, A‑Z Vending Solutions (Pty) Ltd will refund you in full within 30 days.

If you cancel an order, a 30% administration fee may be charged.

We will refund or exchange most consumable goods if you return them within 7 days of purchase, provided the goods are still in their original condition and packaging and have not been used at all. Please keep your original invoice — you'll need it to process a return. All consumable goods are also subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty; please check the product label for details.

Vending machines & equipment

Returns are subject to approval by A‑Z Vending Solutions (Pty) Ltd and to positive proof that the goods supplied are un-opened, un-installed and free of any damage. Where these conditions are met within 7 days, goods can be returned for credit or refund, less an applicable administration / handling fee of 15% of the invoiced value.

Any cancellation of paid deposits or orders will be charged a minimum 40% administration fee of the total invoiced value of the goods.

All transportation and courier costs arising from a cancellation or return are strictly for the customer's account, or may be deducted from the credit due for goods returned.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product is faulty on arrival, or the order you received is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to send photographs of the goods you received so we can resolve it quickly. Where an item is genuinely faulty or was sent in error, we'll cover the cost of putting it right.

Delivery

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are processed within 3 working days and delivery is confirmed via the designated courier company. Our online offering is available to Southern African Development Community (SADC) member countries only.

Returns bought with a voucher or coupon

If you return items that were purchased using a discount or promotional voucher, your refund and the re-issuing of the voucher are handled as set out in the voucher terms in our Consumables Shop Terms & Conditions.

How to start a return or refund

  1. Contact us within the relevant window (7 days for goods) by email, phone or WhatsApp using the details on this page.
  2. Have your original invoice or order number ready.
  3. For consumables, keep the goods unused and in their original packaging; for machines and equipment, keep them un-installed and undamaged.
  4. We'll confirm whether your return is approved, the applicable handling fee (if any), and the next steps.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable South African law.
